Privacy Policy

Scope

This Policy explains how WOWZONE handles personal information in its websites, sales flow, AI Worker service, onboarding, support and related managed services. Customer organizations may separately control personal information they collect from their own prospects, customers, employees or users through a configured Worker.

Information processed

Depending on use, WOWZONE may process business and contact information; account and onboarding information; catalogs, services, personnel and policies provided by the customer; conversational messages and session identifiers; integration and configuration metadata; transaction or payment status and billing references; usage, security and diagnostic data; and records of consent or legal acceptance. WOWZONE should not request passwords, verification codes or unrestricted credentials through conversational onboarding.

Purposes

Information may be used to provide and configure the service; route conversations and transfers to human personnel; maintain isolation between organizations; process onboarding and activation; support billing and transaction status; protect, diagnose and improve reliability; prevent fraud and abuse; provide support; maintain legal and compliance records; and comply with applicable law.

Customer-controlled data

When a business customer determines why and how personal data of its own users is processed through the Worker, the customer is responsible for its notices, legal basis, permissions and instructions. WOWZONE processes such data in accordance with the applicable agreement and DPA.

AI processing

AI capabilities may process conversation context and customer-configured knowledge to generate responses and actions. Outputs may be probabilistic. Sensitive or regulated cases may require additional controls, transfer to human personnel or industry-specific terms. WOWZONE will not claim that AI outputs have guaranteed accuracy.

Service providers and subprocessors

WOWZONE may use infrastructure, artificial intelligence, communications, payment, analytics, hosting and other providers necessary to operate the solution. Access must be limited to purposes necessary to provide the service and subject to appropriate contractual and security controls. WOWZONE maintains operational information about providers and integrations applicable to the service.

International processing

Because WOWZONE is designed to provide services globally, information may be processed in countries other than where the user is located. Where applicable law requires safeguards for transfers, WOWZONE will use the corresponding contractual or legal mechanism.

Security

WOWZONE uses technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service, including organization isolation, access controls, secret management, logging, and transport and storage protections where supported by the infrastructure used. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and deletion

WOWZONE retains information for operational, contractual, security, billing, legal or compliance needs. Retention, return and deletion of data are managed in accordance with the applicable agreement, DPA, WOWZONE operational procedures and corresponding mandatory law.

Rights and requests

Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or information about processing. Requests regarding data controlled by a WOWZONE business customer may need to be directed to that customer; WOWZONE will provide reasonable assistance where required by the DPA and applicable law. Cookies, local storage and session technology

WOWZONE web experiences may use browser storage, cookies or similar technologies necessary for session continuity, security, preferences and onboarding. Any non-essential analytics or advertising technology must be managed in accordance with applicable consent requirements.

Minors

WOWZONE is a business service and is not intended to be contracted independently by minors. Customers implementing a Worker in contexts involving minors are responsible for complying with applicable legal requirements and must use any additional safeguard required by WOWZONE or by law.

Changes

WOWZONE may update this Policy. Material changes will be managed according to applicable notification requirements. The system may record the versions used in commercial acceptance when the Policy forms part of the customer’s legal package.
